Making payments has never been so convenient!
Manage one time and automatic payments online or choose one of the options below.
Pay Online with Manage My Account
All payments must be received by 4 p.m. (Eastern) on a business day to be effective the same day. Business days do not include weekends. Payments received after 4 p.m. (Eastern) or on the weekend will be effective the next business day. Loan activity and reporting may continue to occur during this time, including interest accrual. Interest accrues daily and will continue to accrue between the receipt date and the effective date for loans in the applicable status.
Automatic Debit
Automatically deduct monthly payments from your checking or statement savings account, while still receiving monthly statements. Payments made via automatic debit will be posted to your account on your due date or the next business day in the event of a holiday or weekend, even though they may not show on your GSM&R account until 1 business day later.
To sign up for automatic debit, log in to Manage My Account and select "Payments." By enrolling you may qualify for an interest rate reduction.

Online Bill Pay with Your Bank
Make your payment directly from your bank account by utilizing its online bill pay system. Please make sure you are using the correct account number, payee and payment address as detailed below.
