Authorizing payment
A borrower can authorize a parent, spouse or other third party to make an online payment on their account by following these three (3) steps:
- Log into Manage My Account and click Settings.
- Select Authorized Payers from the dropdown to set up a username and password for the Authorized Payer.
- Select the Authorized Payer option on the login screen when making a payment on a customer's behalf
