Now Paying Your Bill Has Never Been So Easy! Here are the payment options available to you:
Pay Online - Make a one-time electronic payment via a checking or savings account. Payments made before 4:00 p.m. (Eastern) on business days will be posted the same day. Payments made after 4:00 p.m. (Eastern) or on weekends and holidays will be posted the next business day. Log in to your account to get started.
KwikPay® - Have your monthly payments automatically deducted from your checking or statement savings account. Payments made via KwikPay® will be posted to your account on your due date or the next business day in the event of a holiday or weekend. Payments debited by Kwikpay® may not show on your GSM&R online account until 1 business day later. To sign up for KwikPay®, log in to Manage My Account and select "Manage KwikPay® (auto-debit)." By enrolling you may qualify for an interest rate reduction. Borrowers will continue to receive monthly statements while enrolled in KwikPay®.

Pay by Telephone - Our new automated and interactive phone system makes it even easier to quickly make a payment. Simply call our toll-free Customer Service number and input the requested account information by following the prompts. Please note: we must have your email on file in order to use this payment option. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful completion of your payment.

Pay by Customer Online Banking - Utilize your online banking system. Payments you make will be routed to the respective payee for electronic posting. Please make sure you are using the correct account number, payee and payment addresses:
